Disabled Students Allowance (DSA)

Most individuals with learning dificulties, and these include: Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Aspergers Syndrome, A.D.H.D., Visual / Hearing Impairments etc, are eligible for Disabled Students Allowance. This is a fund specifically designed to pay for suport to level the playing field for that student in Higher Education. However, accessing it can sometimes be confusing and complex and we can help with this by:

  • Explaining these learning dificulties; and how they might affect your studies.
  • Screening tests to see if you may be eligible for D.S.A.
  • Help and assistance applying for D.S.A.
  • Assesment of study needs in support of your D.S.A. application.
  • Finding support for your studies.
  • Putting you in contact with the right people to help.
  • Finding and providing a tutor for you.
  • Making the most of your D.S.A. Award should you already have it.
