Job Title: Client service assessor

Department: Cambridge
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Purpose: To provide services to and consult with clients
Remuneration: £15k - £21k per annum (depending on experience)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities - training provided

Perform Diagnostic Assessments
Perform DSA study needs assessments
Perform dyslexia screening tests
Perform overlay assessments
Perform study skills tuition
Perform general tuition
Perform ATW Products
Provide advice and guidance face-to-face and telephone
Write reports and produce results data as required
Assist with general administration of centre
Assist with maintenance and development of centre

General Responsibilities

Meet your weekly performance target if set by chief executive officer after probationary period
To carry out responsibilities, commensurate with your position, as defined within the following policies and procedures:
