Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Norwich
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Purpose: To assist with front of house communications and
administration
Remuneration: £8.21 per hour
Hours: Part time Mon-Wed 09:00-17:00

Main Tasks and Responsibilities – Full training given
Provide advice and guidance face-to-face and telephone
Assist with general administration of centre
Assist with maintenance and development of centre
Coordinate calendars and clients
Represent organisation at external venues
Write reports and produce results data as required
Perform dyslexia screening tests if necessary
Perform overlay assessments if necessary
Perform Diagnostic Assessments if necessary

 

General Responsibilities

after probationary period
