What is a Workplace Needs Assessment?

A Workplace Needs Assessment is a structured, one-to-one consultation designed to identify the adjustments, tools, and strategies that will enable an individual with Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, or related learning difficulties to perform at their best in their professional role.

It focuses on strengths, working style, and the specific demands of the job, ensuring that the recommendations are meaningful and practical.

What’s Included

Your Workplace Needs Assessment includes a one-to-one consultation where we explore your role, working style, and everyday tasks to understand how you work best. This conversation allows us to identify supportive approaches, technologies, and adjustments that can enhance confidence and effectiveness in your role.

You will receive a clear written report outlining the recommendations that will help you thrive at work.
